This video contains a clip from the film No Woman, No Cry. This film addresses the issue of maternal mortality, an issue in which every 90 seconds a woman dies because of pregnancy complications, 90 percent of these deaths are preventable. The number one cause of teenage deaths worldwide for the 15-19 year old age group is childbirth. That alone should be enough to make people look at the way women and girls are treated and see that there's a huge problem that needs to be fixed. No girl in that age group (or God forbid younger) should be giving birth to anything!
